How does it work?

Let me know what you want and I will get to work. Usually within a few days, I will email you picture of the layout I have created just for you. At this time, you can let me know any changes you would like or you can just pass on the layout all together. THERE IS NO OBLIGATION. If you are happy with the layouts, I will continue to finish your order. You are welcome to ask for more pictures as I progress. When I'm done with your order, I will send you an invoice and let you know your total. At that time, you can pay by check or credit card (Paypal). Once I receive your payment, I ship right away (usually same day or next morning). I ship using Priority Mail, so U.S. orders should be received in 2-3 business days.

For custom album orders or orders for more than 10 pages, I do require a $100 deposit after I complete the first 10 pages. I will be happy to work with you if you need a payment plan.

What about photos?

You have 3 choices when deciding how I will work on your layouts:

1)Send me your pictures: (Best results)

I return to you completely finished layouts. Give me details and I'll even include personal details like names, dates, and places. Layout colors will be especially selected to compliment your pictures. These layouts are made especially for YOUR pictures.

a)You can send your pictures through the mail. Please do not send irreplaceable pictures. The best way to do this is to sort your pictures into envelopes or zip lock bags with post-it notes of details about each set of pictures.

b)You can send them to me digitally through email for a small extra processing fee, usually around 50 cents a picture. You can also upload them to Picasa and "share" them with me, or request a special password to use my account.

2)Let me know the number, sizes, and orientation of your pictures.

I will send you layouts made especially to fit your pictures. When you get the layouts home, just add your pictures and you're done!

3) Let me know the subject of the layouts you are looking for.

If you don't have pictures yet, or are not sure which to use, I will send you layouts made especially for the subject you are looking for. When you get them home, you can fill in pictures you already have, or take pictures so you won't forget that special occasion.

How long does it take?

I usually complete a 2-page spread within a couple days and an entire album within the month. Then I ship them to you Priority Mail once I receive your payment, so you should receive them within 2-3 business days for orders within the U.S. . I will make my best effort to accommodate rush requests.
