This is a kit that comes complete with all you need to make a layout on your own. All you need to add are the pictures and the background paper. The set includes:

1) Four stitched mats for 4"x6" pictures.

2) Three stitched embellishment stars.

3) A title block which is "Stars & Stripes" on vellum, stitched to a blue mat measuring 6"x3.25".  Underneath the vellum are three matching stars that show through.  It's hard to see in this picture, but the words are blue with glitter added for some special July 4th glitz.

4) And finally a journaling tag, complete with fibers, red white and blue ribbon, and a silver star tag.  

That makes 9 complete pieces in all.  Arrange the mats vertically or horizontally, which ever fits your pictures.   All items are backed with Bazzill textured, acid-free cardstock.  See some of the details of the kit in the pictures below:
