This layout features lots of stitching around all the photo mats, the circle, and the striped border that spans the pages. The Florida stickers are from Jolee's. The journaling is from Dr Seuss, "OH! THE PLACES YOU'LL GO! Congratulations! Today is your day. You're off to Great Places! You're off and away! You'll be on your way up! You'll be seeing great sights! You'll join the high fliers who soar to high heights. -Dr. Seuss"
This layout features a diecut disney castle as well as the button and tickets from Disney. More tickets are tucked behind the dinosaur picture at the top of the page. The journaling says, "To all that come to this happy place: welcome. Disneyland is your land. “ - Walt Disney and "I only hope that we don't lose sight of one thing - that it was all started by a mouse." - Walt Disney and "Nemo the musical was one of Colin’s favorites." |

Ignore the logo over "SeaWorld". I was going to adjust it and I guess it moved before I took the picture. Look closely to see the stitching along the top picture border as well as around the focal picture and the three bottom pictures on the second page. There are tiny bronze details on the ends of the picture border as well as in the corners of the focal photo. The journalling is attached with brads and edges have been distressed like the "Animal Kingdom" logo. There is an acrylic tree in the corner of the journaling to echo the "tree of life" in the focal photo. The tag has animal print ribbon secured with a Fastenator staple and says "The Tree of Life stands 145 ft tall at the heart of Animal Kingdom. Its story is the awe-inspiring tale of interconnected nature of every living thing. Carved into the tree’s gnarled roots, mighty trunk and sturdy branches is a rich tapestry of more than 300 animals. A total of 103,000 leaves were attached by hand. Its trunk is 50 feet wide and spreads to 170 feet in diameter at its sprawling root base." Focal photo is triple matted with the zebra print as well as corrugated black paper and cream cardstock. |

This layout I did for a customer who had just taken her son for his first trip to Canada. There are metal circle clips to attach journaling about each picture as well as a custom tag for additional journaling. The red Dymo labels work as an embellishement as well as adding more details about the trip. Each photo mat is stitched as well as the geometric paper in the background. There are red metal square brads to add to the geometric look and the title is in a circle to offset all the straight lines.
